1981 fj60 parts truck? resto?? $500 in Boston!!!

i have been seeing this white 60 sitting in a driveway near my house for a couple yrs and today decided to inquire about it.. there are many common rust issues and it has been sitting for a few.. he took it off the road because the front brakes needed a rehaul after sitting and rotting.. but the engine only has 100 thousand miles.. tires are decent bfg alts.. interior looks pretty clean seats aren't ripped up.. looks all stock.

well over $500 in parts and MAYBE a good cheap start for a resto!?

interior is blue.

too much rust to put on the road like it is.. too big of a project for me with a new baby.

i'm pretty sure it has most likely not been wheeled ever.. i didn't get under and look at the frame yet.. but if anyone is maybe interested i can go snap some pics this week.
