1980 fj40 for sale

Still getting the details from my buddy and will post them up as I do. What I know so far is this is his bosses 1980 fj 40 and it looks sweet. Its in Pawleys Island or right around there somewhere. I'll get some price and contact info up as soon as I get it.

Saw this truck in G'Town a year ago getting some engine work done at a NAPA center. They had no clue what they were doing so they sent the engine off to an engine builder that is on mud I believe. Interested to hear the specifics on this. The mechanic told me the guy blew the motor going down the interstate going 70+, he said it was running over redline for a while.

Nice, super sweet truck though.

Sorry, my buddy hasn't gotten back to me about it since the second email when he sent the pics. Its probably sitting at Waccamaw Landscaping near Pawleys Island where the pics were taken and my buddy works.

wow, that is beautiful... even though i'm not a HUGE fan of the color, it's still a gorgeous cruiser.
