1979 hard top and doors on a 1974 fj40?

I just found a nice hard top and doors for a 1979 FJ40 on craigslist for a good price. Will they fit on a 1974 truck? As always thanks for any input. Clark

If these will fit I really don't want to miss this deal. Any one know? I realize I may have to make some minor alterations for ambulance doors but will the rest fit?
