It runs and drives, has a 3 speed on column, the winch works. I will part or sell whole, No TITLE I have paperwork from DMV WHERE I did a search on regristration, making sure not stolen etc, Been of farm forever never registered. I will sell the winch with all the levers shafts etc for $1000 or take whole cruiser for $1500. Has a spring over with stock springs, and hi steer. would take some work to be road worthy, you will be buying as parts vechicle. No hood, doors and top are homemade, frame good, body repairable.
