Anyone looking for a CJ3B in Arkansas or nearby?? SOLD $2,500
RARE 1962 Willys CJ3B Flatty Jeep for sale {MUD $2,700}
I have an opportunity to buy a 1977 FJ55 from a family friend & due to trying to stay married, I have to choose one, So I have decided to let the Jeep go.
The CJ-3B was introduced as a transitional model between the flat-fender CJ-3A, and the forthcoming CJ-5, the civilian version of the M38A1. The 3B had flat front fenders, but a higher-profile hood to accommodate the F-head engine. It offered higher horsepower and torque than the 3A, and a new, quieter 4WD transfer case. I found this Jeep from old cotton farmer who used it around his gin in Lakecity, AR. It stayed in his barn most of the time. It has had an older restoration, the original F-head engine runs good. I am a football coach not a mechanic, so some of the things I have had done are Brand new clutch, all new brakes. Rebuilt 3 speed t90 transmission & overhaul transfer case. All the time & money has been put in to getting it fully functional & able to drive on the road & it is. I also have receipts for all the work done. The jeep needs a little body work, does have the typical rust under toolbox below passenger seat, but shouldn't take much to fix, may need paint your preference?. Has a soft-top but it is in rough shape. Can be street driven but needs tail lights hooked up & blinkers to be legal. Has pto but needs rebuilt, also have extra parts that will go with Jeep. You don't find this style Jeep very often. This is the same style Jeep that the ICON company is producing for 80K!, similar to the FJ40 they do. This Jeep will come with a clean Arkansas Title.
REDUCED $3,000 {MUD $2,700 Firm}
