I wondering if anyone has used a 15mm spacer on any 2" lift to get 2.5" lift? Is this doable and safe to do?

Only works in the rear, but yeah...no issue with 15mm at all. I run 30mm spacers in the rear.

Ok cool, are you running this on stock springs or lifted springs? I read something about spring binding, just dont want any issues.

Lifted springs for sure. Tough Dog 949s

What did you do to the front after adding 30mm to the rear?

Crank the T-bars? Re-index the T-bars?

I’m already on a 2” lift with an Ironman kit but am looking for a little more.

Yes to both of those. I've run rear coil spacers twice—once, to try and push the back end up after adding a swing out bumper. (Compensating for load, and...surprise, it didn't work at all.) IIRC I did adjust the torsion bars to try and get rid of some of the stinkbug when unloaded.

The second time (now)...I'm almost done with adding Trail Tailor's SAS kit up front, and I'm using the spacers to just level out until the front coils settle and I can figure out if I need new coils in the rear or not.
