I have 4 15x8 powdercoated silver, 6 lug, Soft 8 wheels with the Bobby Long beadlock kit welded on. Bolts are countersunk stainless flat head. Actual width with beadlock welded on it about 9". 3.25" backspacing.

I ordered the wheels specially made from Unique wheel in this backspacing from Discount Tire. I ordered them without any finish since i knew I was going to be welding and grinding on them. $85/per wheel= $340

I welded on the beadlock "receiver" ring, which has an "anti-coning" spacer. Then milled down the surface on the Bridgeport to be completely flat! Beadlock kit= $40 per wheel= $160

I countersunk all the holes in the locking rings and ordered the bolts from MSC. Bolts= $1.19ea x 96= $114.24

Sent them all out for powdercoating. $40/wheel= $160.00

I spend probably 8 hours with the welding, milling and countersinking. $30/hrx8= $240

Realistically I have over $1000 in these wheels. But, I'm not actually going to get that, now am I?
