Looking for a lift for '98 RAV4 I'm thinking to buy for my wife, but can't locate anything. Actually Rocky-Road has OME, but can't see them anywhere else or any other options. Is anyone familiar with either OME or another lift kits?

Wow, wasnt even aware there wa a lift for these vehicles. Do they involve stut repalcement?
I just picked up a 97 Rav4 for my soon-to-be-driving daughter and am getting it all fixed up for her. It is a 4 door and a 5 spd which is a blast to drive. I think I may take it to work instead of the cruiser some days. I am sure it gets triple the mileage!

I bought '01 last Auugust.
Installed OME lift. Complete front strut replacment + rear shocks and coils. I love the ride, it's 1.5" lift and rides even better then stock. Side rolls were completly gone after OME install.
Build custom trunk storage, spare tire/gas can holder.
Now building front and rear bumpers. Soon will build off-road rack.

Should be nice... I hope so.

I just brought home the "new" (to me) 97 tonight. Its a 4 door with manual 5 speed. The air is ice cold and a blast to drive. My 14 year old daughter and I spent the evening have her learn how to drive a manual (remind me of my first experience driving my dads 68 International Travelall with a 3 speed.)
