THE CAN: Is a 6 chambered can with the lowest 2 chambers filtered. The air weaves through our design from chamber to chamber .This allows for 97 % of the oil coming out of your PCV to be caught and trapped. The can is set up for 6 an fittings. it also has a tool free drain. The can designed for the 1-FZFE engine and is direct fit for all 1FZ-FE engines. It is constructed right here in Colorado Springs USA from 1/4 inch Aluminum.
THE HOSES: Are nylon braided 6an . With 6 an fittings to the can. and billet covers for the screw style hose clamps.
THE VALVING SYSTEM: We decided to make the valving external.We did this for 2 reasons .1.. For it to be serviceable. 2.. So the Non boosted guys could still use this high quality can and not have to pay for valving they don't need. Our system still uses an aftermarket PCV valve. As extra backup and ease of installation. Our custom made valve opens with .010 lbs of pressure and will withstand 300lbs of pressure.
WHY DO I NEED A VALVE? Once you put forced induction to your FZFE, the vacuum turns into positive pressure on your PCV and brake booster. To the amount of your boost . Most Superchargers are 3 to 5 lbs. 8lbs with a few mods. Turbos from 7 to 12lbs and beyond. We found the PCV would leak when 3lbs or more of + pressure was applied to them. In turn making your crankcase full of pressure instead of vacuum. We were seeing blown seals Mostly Valve seals on higher mileage Supercharged engines. That is what started this development.
Our valve will also work on your brake booster. Which in a few weeks will be available to buy as a stand alone valve and hose kit
Because we received so much interest in our lower priced imported can system for NON boosted 1-FZFE engines we will continue to offer them
