'08 Driver's seat height adjustment parts (1 Viewer)

My FJ Cruiser driver's side seat height adjustment mechanism no longer works, and the seat is at the lowest setting and can't be raised. Dealer says I need to replace the entire seat. Does anyone know of part sources to fix this part of the seat only?

If it were me, I'd try taking it apart to see exactly what is broken. If you can identify the parts that are not working, then you can possibly order them and replace them yourself.

Thanks for the diagram. I will give that a try first. Looks like the lift bushing is available online. Maybe that is warn out / broken.
