I'm curious as to what everyone thinks of a 07 100 w/o nav. I found one with 99k miles. Dealer says it's rare and won't budge off $27k. I know this means less electrical problems down the road. Just curious if a car without all of the normal options would bring more $. I attached a pic of the dash. Thoughts?

What color bud? 99K sounds pretty good...how's the leather?

Dark grey. It's in great shape and I like the lower miles. Leather is good. But I don't think the TB has been changed. I can post more pics if you want. It's priced a little more than I want to spend and located in OKC. I really like it and might spend the money, but the lack of nav (also no Bluetooth) has me 2nd guessing. Not that I need them, just thinking for resale. I only keep cars about a 18 months due to my driving.

Hey...keep it for 18 months and then hit me up! And I'm in Conway I might add...:)
I've got a FJ I'll sell you till the 100 is ready......;)

Sorry...I'm putting my foot down...no more black colored vehicles...too hot for Arkansas...

That's why it has a white roof...haha. Pluse smaller interior means it cools down quicker.

General market resale might suffer without Nav...I think it would greatly help for MUD resale. Non-nav with 5 speed is the dream of many, many folks in the 100 series forum... If it becomes a keeper, then install an Android based double-din HU and you have better Nav than the stock will ever have, plus Backcountry Navigator for off road navigation...plus BT...

Agree that a Mud resale would be better. Especially since I've read 3 recent post that call them unicorns. But I can't rationalize $2 to $3000 over a rig with Nav. At least not the way I drive them.

@M0untaineer..since you don't like dark and your first inline to purchase my rig in 18 months , what's your thoughts on a Sand dollar pearl LX. It's not my favorite. But it might work. The rig has been serviced at Lexus it's whole life. Only worry is that it's from Cincinnati (rust worry).

Ehhh...rust...I'm from West Virginia originally where basically every vehicle has some amount of winter salt-induced rust and vehicles there don't generally last too long because of it...I'm not trying to rain on the parade, but IMO, you would need to go over the undercarriage with a fine tooth comb...rust is pretty much the bain of my existance...I hate it with a rare passion which is why I looked for trucks specifically from the south or west...when I see someone on ebay or wherever trying to sell a cruiser for big money, I look at location immediately and then miles...I just kinda laugh a little when I see the pics of the corroded engine compartments from PA and the like...

Your not raining on my parade. I agree. My cut off is interstate 70. Cincinnati is right below and doesn't get that much snow. That just means I'll consider it. I've been looking for several years for a good rig. It just wasn't as intense as now. My boys are old enough now to enjoy a trip out west. So that's why the search has heated up.

Since I'm only looking at cars 10-11 yrs old max and might only keep it 2 years, I'm just making sure there's nothing major. Meaning smaller than a quarter size spots. Wouldn't you agree?

Ahh...rust is rust... if there's rust, try to negotiate a better deal or pass...
