'06 LX470 Headlight Replacement (1 Viewer)

My '06 LX's headlights are very "spider cracked" and look awful. I'm considering replacing them and wondered:
1. Is there any alternative to OEM units?

2. Is replacing the existing headlights with OEM headlights a DIY job or does it take special tools/expertise?

Try finding some early 98-02 LX headlights. They have a glass lens instead of plastic and don’t fade or crack.

I don't know about the Lexus but on my '05 LC I have glass. Not sure if they are the same dimensions but if so then that may offer a broader market for replacements.

Beno or CruiserDan would be able to verify part numbers as would a few others. I will see what I can find but my skills are limited. I will post up any info that I can find.
