Let me preface this by saying that I am a small time dealer... but I sell light duty work trucks and cargo vans.... no cars for the most part, unless something comes in on trade. This 100 was not purchased for resale.
I am a LC enthusiast and currently own a 95, 99, this 02 and a 08.
This particular 02 is really very nice and since I read this board regularly I figure I would give you guys a shot at it. I am selling it for what I paid 6 months and 10,000 miles ago... which I thought was a very good price. Again, if I am out of line please let me know.

Roughly 104k Miles
It has had two owners + me.
Tires are maybe 25% tread left to error on the safe side.
Everything else seems great.
The Ford store I purchased it from told me that timing belt had been changed but provided me with no record and guess what??? no sticker under the hood. It wouldn't be a horrible idea to figure that in to the total cost. But if it were me I would just drive it, I have never paid for the service and have never had a problem.
Small chip in the windshield from an I80 truck driver that I sealed.
