01 Sequoia 4wd or not?

I've been helping a friend look for a 'Yota 4wd as his next car. We've been looking at 4runners and Sequoia's. I found a very clean example of one online but as I know very little about these trucks I can't dispute what the seller is saying.

I got some pics of the interior and he confirmed that it's 4wd but I don't see the transfer case shift lever. I know (think I know) that these are part time 4wd and the button engages 4wd at the transfer case, but I thought that there was supposed to the a H/L range selector shifter in the cabin. I didn't see it in the pic so am leery of the truck. Maybe it's not in all of them?

You are right, there should be a H/L shift lever where that coin tray is ) in front of the cup holders). This a 2wd

01 to 04 have the lever. 05 to 07 have a button under the hvac controls.

You can always confirm with Vin, and looking at the axles / Front diff.
