Wanted 01-02 Manual or Auto, Seattle area, pref White 5k

I am on the hunt for a fuel efficient 2.4 manual Tacoma. Prefer white but consider other options. If it has a canopy that is good. Vehicle needs to be located from Tacoma to Blaine/Border. Tacoma's cost to much in BC Canada. Have record of repairs on truck.
