01-02 4Runner ATRAC, Child Rear Tethers or Latch?

Does the 01-02 4Runner in fact come with ATRAC and VSC? I just saw something about that and wanted to confirm, very cool if so.

How about Rear tether anchors for a car seat? Does it happen to have Latch connectors at the base of the seat?

Yes the '01 and '02 have ATRAC and VSC.

I don't remember latch connectors but I think there is something on the back of the seat. Not with my 4Runner right now and don't have any kids.

There is a bar to secure down your load in the storage area that I use for putting the baby seat the middle of the rear bench.
There are also two built into the back of the rear bench seat, about half way up on both outside positions.

If you mean the ones that stick out between the upper and lower portions of the rear bench, I'm not sure, but I don't think so.

not certain but I think 02 and up for the latch system. The rear lap/shoulder belt combo on ours is not ideal for the car seat but that is the way it was done.
