I am looking at a 2009 Land Cruiser and it looks like rust may have gotten a hold of the frame, but I'm not versed enough to know for sure. Anyone let me know from the pics of any real issues to the undercarriage besides just surface rust?

I don't have a plan. It's just shoot from the hip. Make it up as it goes along. But I will post from time to time the progress. I'm definitely doing a LS. But will concentrate on the restoration part more. Gonna take her down to frame, acid dip all metals, ets. Should be fun.

I’m doing a frame up restoration on my first 40, and no surprise, it’s got some rust spots on the driver’s side floor pan. I’m torn between either replacing the floor pan or patching the holes. At what point do you just replace an area with a new panel vs patching? Here’s photos from above...

Any of you have some advice to remove cab from frame ? I dont have a lift for that,,, maybe with a engine hoist ? engine is already out and I need to replace cabin bushings and work a little on the frame witch is going to be much easier with the cab removed. every tip that can help is welcome...

These are riveted into the frame rails. Looking for piece from steering box back to rear of cab on pick up. Both sides. These plates are on-INSIDE of frame and have a series of 2-3 inch holes along the length. Thank you in advance.
