I need a head for a 3F engine. Would love to know if anyone has one state side.

How long do you wait after the engine has switched off to check the engine oil? Manual states to wait a "few minutes" I do it at 5 minutes others at 3,10,8...etc I don't think it makes much of a difference I'm just curious.

I have an old 302 connected to a C4 and Orion that needs replaced. I have a Turbo City EFI so plumbed to and from both tanks. I would like to replace this engine with a new crate engine with current EFI technology. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Followed instructions on valve adjustment and happy with the result. While I was at it; pulled plugs and cleaned, adjusted plug gap to what's stated in Haynes Manual, adjusted points air-gap, cleaned up rotor, adjusted mixture, adjusted idle, and lastly adjusted timing. Rig runs much better...
