For all of you that have a 2F with stubling, hesitation, pissy gas mileage, hard starts, rough idle, blah blah blah blah. Do yourself a GDamn favor and before you do ANYTHING else.... send the carb to TLC Performance to have it rebuilt. This will solve ALLLL those problems and will save you hours and hours of head scratching and random trips to Pepboys.

Yes and yes.

That's why people prefer EFI.
Well, that and off-camber operation.
 
The single time I thought I was suffering vapor lock was mid-summer on the Kaibab Plateau - about 8000 ft and temps in the 90's. Turned out that the fuel pump was heading south...
