I had not see many people do it to a wagon that didn't take alot out but I decided to to cut an inch out on each rear wheel well. my tires are just fat enought and stick out just enought that they rub on articulation on the outside lip. plus the rust on the lip that I was tired of patching. so I cut off that lip and welded in 1/4 flat bar stock so now the lip of the wheel well is not only solid but I can bottom out on it with out fear of ripping off the lip. I took some aftr shots unfortunately I got to excited and did not take any before shots but just compare it to yours and you will get the idea. the last shot you can see how far back the rocker slider sticks now when it used to be flush with the body in the wheel well
