Found some melted wires to and from the brights relay. Would love to replace it all if i can find one. Looking for the main fuse / relay box that sids behing the LH battery

I have a 1993 french market HDJ80 with a 1hdt

Photos of the issue i uncovered. Luckily the wires effected are just contained within the box, and down run into the loom.

These look pretty identical. I cant tell, is there a way to remove them without cutting the loom? Thanks!

The terminals release from the fuse box fairly easily, you need to have a pick to release the lock tabs. They make tools specifically for this, I’ve always has good luck with a small flat blade precision screwdriver. There’s some good info on YouTube. I can sell you the box with 12” of loom for $50 plus postage. You can swap your leads into it and for the nasty ones just splice on a replacement lead and terminal, those aluminum noodles and crimp tool and heat shrink tubing work nicely for this, or old school solder and heat shrink.
