Disclaimer...I am not an events coordinator nor do I desire the job but I wanted to get this info out as quick as possible so anyone not heading to GSMTR can get on board early and start making plans. I wanted to pull this from the other thread as not to clutter it up for the folks attending GSMTR.
Location: URE / The Monk's Barn
When: May 18th-20th
The GSMTR Bypass run will take place at URE May 18th-20th. After talking to Kenny this weekend they have graciously offered up the barn for one last event before it gets too hot. Look even if your ride is busted or in rebuild mode...whatever the case find a way to get to the barn for some ONSC social time. There is always someone with an open seat for the riding days.
Camping will be Friday night and Saturday with wheeling on Saturday and Sunday. We can decide how many groups and what trails based on who is there and their experience levels. I'll let Kenny chime in on meals but I would assume Saturday night would be a potluck style meal that is open to discussion. We have plenty of time to figure that part out. As usual, I'll be down early Friday afternoon to help setup and pitch in with anyone else needing a hand.
