Sorry for the late response. I put some details into the description. It's not as light weight as aluminum would be but was built stout for towing. Basically a six inch C channel with webbing welded on the reverse to attach to the frame rails. end's notched and bent then filled to mimic original bumper shape. Didn't want to disturb the original bumper which is safe on the shelf.
