Are these a cover that can be bought and put on or were they refinished by someone? I have traded for our first Land Cruiser, FZJ 80. It will be my son's first ride and it is of course in need of new seats/covers. Thanks.
Front seats need some new cushion as well and rear seats just need new covers, leather is hard and cracking somewhat.
These are new leather upholstery that replaces the factory leather and uses your existing frame and cushions. Of course, this is a good time to replace the foam cushions if they are degrading and falling apart. I replaced the driver seat foam and added seat heaters as well. I chose to have a shop install the covers mainly because I have never done anything like it before and didn't want to screw it up.
Email them before you buy them and verify a delivery time, I waited a lot longer than initially advertised due to some extenuating circumstances but they are not stock items in most cases so you will have to wait, just make 100% sure you and LCH are on the same page regarding delivery dates before you order them.
I am very happy with them and would order them from LCH again but I was in a position to wait for them when they were delayed, where many other people may not have been.
