Another format change. This plate has the number 60151 and has two holes for attaching. Plant code is now printed on the plate instead of stamped. The number 0-4 appear at the right side of the Trans/Axle line, just below 保安基準適合 (conformity to safety standards). Although this plate is attached with rivets, some other 2-hole plate examples on the fender are attached with screws.
