Format changes sometime in 1965. The Type field no longer appears and the model code (e.g., FJ40L) now appears in the Model field instead of the year. The Engine No. field no longer appears and Bore, Stroke and Piston Displacement are now specified in inches/cubic inches instead of millimeters/liters.
