+1 Land Speeder if he cartoons the 40 i think we are doing good. Don't like the plain font though.... I used 'Cracked'. I'm thinking a group effort here and we will own the other chapters logos. hehehe

OOoooh That top one is nice. I like the DixieLand Cruisers being together at the top and the rest at the bottom. The flags are sweet and the 2 black rings are really nice. Black font looks good there too but I'm for the crackled font.
The truck on the other hand... Well too bad it's not really a Land Cruiser and costs like a brazillion dollars.

Thanks for the feedback guys. That was my first itertation so it will evolve.
I though it looked weird with only one flag so that's when I got the idea to add a TEQ flag. It didn't take too much time to make although I do notice now that I need to color correct the reds to match.
I personally like the black text and rings better than the color. Makes it look more clean and professional, imo. I'll put together some different fonts and work on making the truck more "cartoony".
And the only reason I used the Icon was because I found a nice high res version of it with a blank background which made it easier to work with.

Gettin' there! I agree, the ICON will get laughed at more than oogled over... grab another 40 and run with it!
I think the logo needs to be fairly simple, I.E. line drawing with solid colors w/ no shading, minimal subjects in the picture, etc. It will have to be able to be printed in a really small size at times (in Trails, on shirts, stickers, etc.), so the image needs to be recognizable when small.
I tried to simplify the logo that B.D. was working on. This looks like ass cause I traced it in pencil, and I couldn't find my crayons, but something along these lines is what I was thinkin'...
