Included in the sale are the 6 on 5.5 hubs used to run 285 tires and the pintle hitch (currently installed on my 80). One side has the brakes removed . The parking brake works. It has minor surface rust. Generic trailer lights work.
I used this trailer as a utility trailer. The trailer is ready to be towed away and used as is or built to your specs.

I'm going a different direction with the trailer - need more cargo space and more utility, and less extreme terrain capability. Had grand plans for this, but no time. Built a box out of MDO to keep stuff dust-free and reasonably waterproof. It's not pretty, but it's logged a lotta miles on FS roads and a few trails. Corners are dowel-pinned, glued and screwed, very sturdy. If needed, I strap a vinyl roof bag to the lid of the trailer for foam pads, chairs, sleeping bags, etc. Box bolts to trailer floor and can be removed quickly to just have the flatbed. Everything is in OK shape. I haven't redone anything on it. It was overhauled in Barstow in '81 (?). On CL for $1,000. MUD price $900. AZ Title ready to go with permanent...

I have a 06 fleetwood neon pop-up trailer, I bought it from the widow of the original owner. He bought it and passed away after only using it a couple times. It sat in a garage for 3 years. Still had plastic on the cushions when I got it. I have used it a couple times a year. Its a one sided pop-up. low weight, under 1000 pounds! can be towed by almost any car or truck. The originate owner towed it with a honda element and had no issues.. I tow it with a wrangler. It is a "off-road" type trailer.. as in its heavier duty, but not for rock crawling behind a jeep unless some mods are done. It has propane heat,, yes HEAT! and I have reflex window insulation that I cut out to slip in between the screens and plastic in winter camping.. Heater...

I hate to sell this. I know I’m going to regret it. After a few seasons with little use, I think it’s time to let it go. My 7-year daughter loves her new 50 cc dirt bike. So…you can see where I’m headed.
The trailer has always been stored out of the weather. The frame and box are original from 1946. Both are in great condition considering the age of the trailer. The box has your typical small dings, dents, and scratches. I bought it from my father-in-law who also had a matching flat fender Willy’s Jeep (also painted red). In 2007, I stripped the trailer down to the box and frame. I cleaned up all the old paint and added the new axle and AT Fenders.

I found the original military tarp cover for the trailer yesterday in my storage unit. It came with the trailer when I originally purchased it. Its in great shape but there is a slice in the rubber rope that weaves in and out of the tarp eyelets and secures it to the trailer. It still works but you just have to watch out for it when using the tarp. A replacement style of rope could be used if it ever broke most likely. $75 bucks shipping not included.
