I bet he meant 275/70/18, a 33.2x10.8

After waiting the full lead time, I finally had received one of the first production run GX kits. I bought the full suite of everything, lights, winches, options, etc. it’s a buy 1x / Cry 1x kinda purchase and I didn’t want to have to disassemble later to put something in.

DO NOT TRY TO INSTALL THIS ON YOUR OWN IF YOU ARE NOT EXPERIENCED!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A COMPETENT SHOP INSTALL!!

The front bumper has a lot more wiring than the back if you get the pod lights and bar and winch… it’s easily a full day install, if you are proficient and have installed one of their bumpers before. The read is much more involved as the outer wings mount to the frame and then to the center section unlike the front, the y just mount to the center. This creates a lot of trial and error getting everything lined up perfect. The wiring on the back is less than the front but much more involved as splicing the lines for the camera and I tapped the factory tail lights and also had to pin each connect to figure out reverse, stop, turns.

It was lol very worth it and I love these bumpers. The added clearance is amazing and adds bounds of capability being able to get a tire up to and on the obstacles.

Fixing the original post and it’s a Yokohama and not a Toyo. Those are on my other truck.

Most recently I went up to Oklahoma to see my buddies at MEO… we got the Long Range America 24 gal aux tank, Terrain Tamer E-Locker for the front and a full Dobinsons MRR suspension installed with heavier springs. I’m extremely happy with the added range 500> hwy miles, and the correct spring rates with great shocks make this thing ride better than ever, I’m super excited to get my 37’s in a few days and start looking at the next round of stuff which is mostly some little add on bits and ends to compliment what I have already.

I did the front Dissent bumper install on my 200 Series, and it was far from a good time lol. I agree that if you aren't experienced and don't have time to take your time with it, then you should pay a shop to do the install.

Front or rear?

Front on a 200 and rear on a 460.
I don't mind doing a front, matching the lines from the center section aren't too bad... Getting the "wings" on the rear to level on the outer front corners and the center section on this platform required a few tries, I'm not sure I'll do another rear bumper install myself. haha

I figured I would snap some photos while the tires were off, as you can see from some of these, I have put this truck on the rocks and used it, just about all 4 of my wheels have rock rash, I'm going to keep running the OT rims for a while and try to finish out more mods before making her "pretty" again. I'm also going to need to order a new set of skids as my Aluminum ones have all been deformed like the gas tank skid. I'll post some more pictures of the 37's once they are mounted on the truck.

Tires are in, going to head to my buddies shop shortly to do some tire clearance, there is definite rub now 😂.

What's crazy is they don't look like 37's on the truck. Maybe it's the stock wheel offset? Looks great though, excited to see what it takes to properly clear them.

The way this platform ticks a 35 on stock suspension was phenomenal and mind blowing, along with really maintaining ride height and low center of gravity. I can’t wait to see how it feels on the rocks with new suspension and added height.

Planned mods/accesories on the list:
Dr KDSS panhard correction bracket
King Shock KDSS links (front)
Perry Parts bump stops
Gobi stealth roof rack
Icin Rebound Pro wheels 40mm offset

Well, that was about the easiest clearance project I’ve ever done, it took longer to get the lift set and tires off that it did to fix it. Here are some forklift flex test pics as well.

1 trim panel, and 3 bolts for whatever purpose that bracket held.

I feel like this truck flexes damn near as much as my 470 on long travel, with RCLT, main difference there is front ground clearance… I will reiterate how much of a beast these things are out of the box.
