Selling my LX450 (Land Cruiser). I bought the truck earlier this year from the second owner who had owned it and babied it for the last 12 years. The truck had no modifications and I've since built it for Overland travel with light rock crawling as well as taken care of most maintenance nuances associated with these trucks. Below is list of all the mods and maintenance items that have been completed since July.

This is long list and I’m sure I’m missing some items but I think this list conveys how much time and money have been put into this truck. I wouldn't hesitate to drive the truck as it sits across the country but in the essence of full disclosure this truck is nearly 20 years old so it’s not perfect. It has some scratches on the body and under carriage from off roading. I had the common small rust areas under the roof rack which have been fixed but the roof has not been repainted in those areas (I have 4 cans of matching aerosol cans that will go with the truck). I have fixed a lot of the common oil leaks these trucks have but haven’t had time to address the power steering pump, valve cover and rear main, which are dripping. The head gasket is original and I’m not using any coolant nor having over heating issues.

Trail-Lex at ACC

Steelman's (ex) 97 LX450 is now in the Greater ATL area and is hangin' out at ACC to get a few things worked out. I like the name Trail-Lex so may keep it unless PO trademarked the name. This truck will replace my 07 4Runner (which is now up for sale) that replaced my beloved 95 FXJ80, Zombie Truck, that we unfortunately rolled in early 2013.

Trail-Lex should be home this week.

Saw this beauty as I was getting my 80 looked at last week at ACC! Thought I recognized it from MUD. I had Dugan look my 80 over. Great group over there at ACC.

Thanks Jeeperatt1. Very glad to have her. A few things at ACC, off to my paint guy for a couple of items and then she'll be in the garage (and woods). Bonus is that I sold my 02 Wrangler today so now I just have to get rid of my Runner.
