Nice! I'm thinking of doing the same thing. Can you post some more, close-up pics, and also details of the application process, roller, brush, or spray gun, how you taped it, # of coats, type of Herculiner (UV protectant, or not), etc. Like I said, very interested in doing the same thing, once I can get up the nerve and bondo the rusted wheel wells.

I am also very interested in doing the same thing. What kind of gun did you use? I have a cheap one from harbor frieght and I was wondering if it would work.

I will post some more pics later today. as far as rust over the wheel wells I cut it out and welded in new. I sprayed it using an undercoating gun from the local paint and supply store $30.00. I did two coats, then a quick touch up anywhere that you could still see blue. I've got good coverage now. I did it outside. I know that there aren't too many of you in Idaho, but if anyone is and is interested I have all the equipment and would love to help a fellow mudder out.

The grill is in the garage. It needed cleaned up a little before we I could spray it. It's not getting herculiner, though it is getting blacked out. Should look pretty nice. I'll post pics when it's all put back together. Which will be late in the week because I'm off to Vegas for most of the week. If any cruiserheads are cruising the mean streets of vegas let me know. It would be sweet to hang out with some guys from vegas.
