It's a bout that time of year where I decide to bury myself over my head. I have a 3fe head that has been collecting dust for a couple years and today I'm picking up an 86 2f, h42 and split case for $150 locally that needs to be rebuilt. I learned a lot from my last build and this one will be improved upon. So the fun is on and the list of mods are long.

Edit: it was a 3fe not a 2f so the plan has changed

Bigger valves
bored
decked
shaved
balanced
new plug and play fuel management
and a whole host of other things

And of course a lot of color. This one should blow the last one (which resides in my 40) away as Smoking Gun Powder Coating (Atlanta Custom Creations or ACC) is doing all the powder work for me this time. So it ought to be really slick. I'm letting Brian have free control on the colors as long as they are bright and there are a lot of them.

The last one.

maybe the next after this one you can do theme...like all greens and call it camo...or silver and gold....or...black and tan (for those beer drinkers...not for me...but someguys here like to drink LOL )

Yes, perhaps an engine in all tan & beige, to match the ambiance at Pismo...or in green & granite for the Rubicon...or one for each. And a purse & heels to match.

How's all that color on the original Big Gay holding up?

You are planning to go custom on the ECU? Should be an interesting build. :)

Next stop gay town

Could you please have Brian follow the traditional red/orange/yellow/green/blue/indigo/violet (either from front to rear or vice-versa, however you swing)
order of the colors to more accurately reflect the rainbow effect?
No more of this willy-nilly colors scattered everywhere around the block.
