Can a warn 8274 be mounted in an ARB bumper?

I sold one of my wranglers and kept the 8274-50 winch. Anyone know if it can be used in the '03+ ARB combo or the '98-'02 sahara bumper? do they mount the winches feet down or forward? Trying to decide if I should sale this winch and pick up one that would fit, but I love these winches.
