How did you do that, what did you use?
@MK80 I just opened the lens by putting it in the oven (one at a time) for 15 mins @ 250 degrees. Pry the lens off with a flathead screwdriver. Remove the bulb housing and paint whatever color you want. Paint dry and re-assemble, put back in the oven and re-heat.

Stripped monstaliner, clearcoat, and paint off an 80. Fun stuff. Before and after pics.

Glad it was a long weekend, used all of it. Broke a steering knuckle stud while re-assembling the axle, waiting on the mailman again.
Holy spotless engine Batman! o_O

105 Steering box upgrade on hold as I realized I forgot to order something. Swapped out the PCV valve, grommet, and hose. Also installed a new radio so I can have a backup camera. Now I'm just waiting on my Jerry Can holder from NWTI so I can attach to the swingout and actually have some place to permanently attach my license place and the camera. Also installed my Useless Ashtray Switchplate since I had the dash apart for the radio.

Went camping with my new adventure pup. We did a section of the proposed border to border trail up here in MN. Easy trails, but you're in the woods all the time, plenty of spots to play the banjo.

Had my first wild bear sighting while walking the pup for his potty. And as my luck would have it, the bearspray and gun is tuck nicely in the truck lol.

Sometimes it just hauls kids and surfboards to the beach and back and frankly, that's good enough!

After 9+ years of ownership, I finally understand what the Sunroof Drain Problem is . Moved to TN 6 weeks ago and after 9" of rain last week and 5" of rain this week my drivers floor and seat are soaked (mental note...don't park nose down to the left). Why did Mr. T drain it into the kick panel??? Slid underneath to try and clean out the tiny slot in the pinch weld...but my sliders are in the way...(sigh)...time to drill a drain hole somewhere. :bang:

Source of the seat covers, please?
RM Williams canvas covers I picked up on sale for $200 from AutoBarn

They’re great, comfy, breathable, washable, plenty of compartments for storage.. just a bit pricey but you get that with quality canvas

There are plugs you can remove to drain the water.
Really? Where are they? I searched a lot and only found notes about a slit in the 2 halves of the pinch weld. The rear are proper tubes out to the ground but the front apparently terminate in the inner wall in the kick panel area.

Got some parts from TPD finally... ordered July 11 arrived Sept 11 and 13. Missing about $130 of odds and ends - want a picture of the packaging and all items received - umm GTFOH, but OK... if that's your RMA process for parts I did not receive. I doubt they fell out of the box. Noteworthy: Ordered factory painted DS/PS mirrors, came out of their brown boxes and were snuggling up against that Y-Pipe. No scratches or damage thankfully. There was absolutely no packaging /cushioning materials inside these boxes. The large flat rectangle box has outside door trim pieces - those were OK.

Summit says Sept 29 for a Walker 54223 - been waiting since July 11.

Just ordered 2 Magnaflow 24455 Cats with a 20% off code from hottexhaust.com - so, who knows when those'll be here.

I might just send these exhaust parts off to jethot coating while I wait.

THIS HAPPENED TO ME! EXACTLY LIKE THIS! When I was visiting my parents. Was the darndest thing since I'm usually parked flat in my own driveway and never seen it happen before or since.

This weekend had to re-adjust timing and followed by a vale adjust (fine tune) on the 3FE. The rig feels much more lively now and also advanced the timing to about 12degree after and notice no pinging and set the idle @ 650. Also installed the tilt slide and fridge and got everything wired up, was a overall productive weekend afterall...
