dude thats a great wrench/socket mounting idea. oh man Im stealing that I think

Have at er'

I ordered the holders and buckles off of aliexpress, the aluminum strap that holds the wrenches in, I cut a notch through the lid and bent a loop on the end and tucked it through, put a bit of foam with an adhesive along the inside of the strap but I can't see anything rattling. Should be so much quicker than unfolding tool wraps.

The socket holder was from "princess auto" but you can probably find the same thing cheaper at harbour freight.

Thats Frank's from @yodaTEQ . I dont know what brand it is. I still have my trusty ole Camping Labs. His is the crank up scissor lift style.
yea same as mine crank up is autohome maggiolina I dont dig the crankup system. think im selling it and going gofastcampers.

New EBC front and rear rotors. New EBC pads. 12 new front wheel studs and new OEM brake lines arriving tomorrow. Freshly rebuilt and cerekoted OEM calipers...I have some dirty work in my future...

100/200 series owners need not read, you wouldn’t understand:

Like your mom cleaning your room and washing your stiff socks when you were 14 before company arrived—no surprises, just in case I will change the oil again in 500 mi. to flush out any possible unwanted fluids in the oil—no surprises.

The 80 is all back together and running after the Head and valves had been replaced.

This was a “while we are at it” rebuild: Rebuilt power steering pump, oil pump, cleaned throttle body, installed temp gauge, numerous gaskets, valves, hoses, etc.

I also broke the fan shroud trying to help put the fan clutch back in and the wizards fixed it Johnny on the spot.

Thank you @inkpot and @Tools R Us.

Can you elaborate on the difference of now vs before? Obviously the difference is positive but can you tell us how different and in what ways? I will eventually get the control arms changed/upgraded.

Thanks

How much lift did your rig have when you opted to switch. They are definitely beefier than stock so you get the benefit of them not bending if you drop and hit some nasty rock while wheeling. I would think that's the biggest benefit unless you had quite a lift and needed the adjustments or your old bushings were toast.

Going to start with the blue fan clutch from wits. Also, @NLXTACY, I noticed the gap between the shroud and radiator and I'm thinking if this also contributes to the high temps I experienced climbing those hills over the weekend. I'd be keen to see how it would look in a normal oem set up, so if anyone can share some pics of theirs, that would be appreciated. PO went with an after market radiator and not sure if it was the best thing. I'll see the difference and if I need to, I may go back to a stock set up.

That gap absolutely contributes. Should be foam in there.
