Painted the bumper black. Decided against the primer look. Mounted the winch and bolted it on. Still need to hook up the wires. It seems to ride smoother with the extra weight.

Does this sound like an exhaust leak or something worse? No noise under idle. Only under load.

I had a simular situation last week driving on the freeway. Turned out an exhaust hanger broke off of the 2nd CAT. Scared the crap out of me. Easy fix. Hope same for you.

Yeah. I'm really leaning towards exhaust leak. I'm thinking out of where I deleted the stupid PAIR system.

How did you properly study for this? I've looked at online courses and they seem to just get you to pass the test, I feel like I'm not really learning about the radios function with these tests.

HAM cram. Went in knowing nothing. However, use radios for work as a wildland firefighter.

Did you go in Tracy or Stockton? That is how I got my start in Ham radio. 4 years later I'm now running a Ham Cram in the Portland area.

Paid a lot of money for a diesel land cruiser on a island it doesn't fit on. Also was sad to find out I have to remove Japanese plates I wish I could keep so that I can own the vehicle!

Technically it was Monday but we brought home our baby girl from the hospital in the cruiser. Huge respect for all those parents out there, one week in and its hard work!
