Decided to go with a new look and swapped the Methods for some new Fifteen52 Analog HD wheels. 17x8.5 0mm offset. Couldn’t be happier!! Also had @POTATO LAUNCHER do a Tcase rebuild and swap out my 4:1 low range gear set back to stock gearing to get rid of the high pitched gear whine that came with the low range set on highway speeds. Casey did a fantastic job and she’s driving great and shifting smoothly!

Wheels look great.
Casey is the man of men.
Tell me about your side hatch/window replacement? I'd love to do that on that side. Do you love it?

Very nice. I like those a lot. I was thinking of doing the same. Currently have the black steelies.

Agreed, super grateful to have him locally!
They are made by Emuwing and I love them. Super handy not having to mess with the rear tire carrier and jerry can swing outs if I need to access the back. Just use the side gull wing windows, super convenient. My driver side is solid and passenger side glass. They are pricey, the previous owner installed them but I use them all the time and have been super glad to have them. Here is the link to them

Drove it to work

Looks great. Not too different from the FJCO wheels, but nice to have another size option. Have any front/rear profile pics? Curious about that offset.

It does have 80 series axles but here are some views from the front

The previous Method wheels I added pics from were also 0mm offset

I started the install of the @CruiserTrash FJ62 FLRK earlier in the week but had to bounce for work for a couple days. Wrapped it up this morning and I have to say what a great piece of kit.

Very well thought out and built super well. Very happy and I highly recommend it. Truck starts noticeably better.

I’ll try to do a write up on my Paul thread soon.

On my list to buy and do. Preemptive.
I had a perfectly good fusible link on my truck but this offers so much more peace of mind and ease of repair.
Jim really knocked it out of the park with this.

Nice! Anyone running the Nomad 504s yet?

Went and tried to blast some Mearn's quail in Southern AZ, didn't have much luck but still made for some great camping and hiking!

Cutting welding drilling bolting, repeat. I have a basic plan in my head but basically winging it. Aiming to get my camping storage 2.0 done before our upcoming Mojave trip. I did a bunch of other small stuff too like new 4R wipers, new sway bar bushings, new rear view mirror ( OEM still available!), made rear bump stop extensions, and some other minor maintenance stuff.

What year 4Runner wipers did you use? I got some off a 3rd Gen and they rub and squeak on the little plastic thing that snaps on the hole in the cowl...

, new rear view mirror ( OEM still available!),

80 series rear view mirror is a direct fit and gives a slightly larger view.

mini blackstone for camping..... I like it!

That thing is awesome! My brother in law got the version with the skillet on one side and a gas burner on the other. It's a pretty good value for what it is and the only cons I've seen so far is that it's pretty heavy and the igniter doesn't work all the time.

Every time I use it I think about getting one, but I can't bring myself to get rid of my Coleman that runs on white gas.
