No issues and after +/-18,000Km (11,184 miles) no abnormal wear problems. Rotation at +/-6000km (3,728 miles) and about 35psi of pressure.
I do my oil change and rotation about every 6000km

My water pump broke on Wednesday just as I got to work, at first look I thought the radiator cap had gone bad. At the end of the day I looked again as I was adding fluid and noticed the belt off. I then saw the fan and pulley were inches from the pump. The fan had wedged into the shroud. Thankfully, the radiator wasn’t hurt. New water pump is on the way so while I’m waiting I did the split shroud modification. I had an extra shroud and cut the two on opposite sides of the middle hole, notched the upper piece to slip over the bolts and made the overlap about 3/4” with slots to stabilize them. I’ll try to remember to take pictures tomorrow.
Unhappy surprise in the tank...I believe it is diesel bacteria/fungus
I had some green/black algae growing in my Peterbilt a long time ago, and it was a lot of work to get it cleaned out and running right again. I've never seen it look grey like that. May be a different species, or possibly the aftermath of a gelling incident in cold weather?
Finished. New hoses all round, water pump, radiator, thermostat housing body + thermostat, did rear heater bypass, new secondhand exhaust manifold and finally installed a grate to the front to protect the new rad! No overheating troubles anymore!
Drove it home from Nashville, replaced the battery, and battery terminals.
I did this a few years back but without the advantage of an extra shroud. Also replaced the hoses with OEM clamps. Best part is that in 35 years, getting that shroud off will be so much easier. Gotta love Toyota.

Installed an Alpine iLX-507 stereo. I used a heat gun and solder wire connectors. Soldered in a "MicroBypass" parking brake bypass I got on eBay. And replaced the front speakers with low profile Kickers and the rear with Kenwoods.
Installed new Corbeau Baja RS front seats with the lumbar support option. The stock seats were killing my back after long drives. It's harder to get in and out because of the high seat bolsters but super comfortable.
Heck yeah man, going to the ranger station is part of the whole experience! To cut it down, my 2 year old daughter and i have matching saws. These little trees are perfect for the truck chainsawI hope you got a permit. Did you use a shot gun?
