Heck yeah man, going to the ranger station is part of the whole experience! To cut it down, my 2 year old daughter and i have matching saws. These little trees are perfect for the truck chainsaw

We do the same thing every year and have for 30 years.

I decided to go full send with my Holley system… found out my sniper issues were due to a faulty fuel pressure regulator. Pulled the factory one out and put I’ll be installing a regulated return today. Got a cheap Amazon one for testing then I’ll grab an aeromotive FPR and Radium pulse dampener if my plan checks out.

Summit had all the hyperspark stuff on Black Friday so I dug Into the slush fund.

I had that issue with the fuel pressure regulator too. It came that way from the factory.
Looking forward to you sharing the ignition system process.

I've actually been doing a lot on my 60 lately. From bodywork to the interior, I've been knocking things off the list pretty quick. I built a sleeping platform a while back for when I'm out camping with my wife and finished it last weekend by adding a privacy curtain. Next I'm replacing my 1/16" thick Australian door cards with 1/8" thick black textured ABS panels that I'll make myself. I never really liked how thin the Aussie cards were and they've warped over the last few years. I am also going to recut new black neoprene flooring but am gonna hold off until the spring for that. Once that's done I believe the to do list is complete.

My water pump broke on Wednesday just as I got to work, at first look I thought the radiator cap had gone bad. At the end of the day I looked again as I was adding fluid and noticed the belt off. I then saw the fan and pulley were inches from the pump. The fan had wedged into the shroud. Thankfully, the radiator wasn’t hurt. New water pump is on the way so while I’m waiting I did the split shroud modification. I had an extra shroud and cut the two on opposite sides of the middle hole, notched the upper piece to slip over the bolts and made the overlap about 3/4” with slots to stabilize them. I’ll try to remember to take pictures tomorrow.

That scangauge 3 is really nice, are you running it off of obd2 on a LS based motor?
Yeah. It's pretty snazzy. Probably a bit overkill for a stand alone LS but I'm still working out the bugs and settings. It has a lot of vehicle specifics features that require the whole car and not just the ECU.

I also have to do some more coding on my ECU to adjust ratios and whatnot. Right now I just have VATs deleted and that's it. It's still looking for post cat 02 sensors, evap, and transmission stuff.

Ah yeah that sounds about right. Im currently just running the scangauge2 but the 3 looks super nice and looks like it can run way more than just the 4 gauges

My dash wasn’t in terrible shape but the cracks were right in my line of sight when driving and it’s always bugged me. Picked up an OEM replacement and got it installed yesterday, also finished swapping dash and gauge lights to LEDs. I didn’t realize how faded my factory dash was until I saw the two side by side, it really makes the interior look a lot nicer - honestly a bigger change than I was expecting. And the LEDs at night just make me happy (they’re aren’t as obnoxiously bright as the photo makes it seem)!
