They're not 3pmsf rated.
They are not. People have reported good snow performance.

I was also considering the Toyo Open Country III which is triple peak/snow rated. They come in 34x10.5r17 and 35x11.5r17. Unfortunately they only have 31s in a 15” size

Having 5th gear has made the 60 more fun and modern. Speedo is 10 mph off.

Anyone have the Procar elite seats or similar? No interested in BMW or PT cruiser seats and can’t afford Scheelmans…or is the move to rebuild stock?

I put a set of procar elite seats in my 60 nine years ago and they have held up great. They are way more comfortable than the worn out stock seats they replaced. Only thing I can say is that its probably worth spending an extra few bucks on the version with adjustable lumbar if you plan to do multi-day roadtrips with it. (I was a broke college student when I got them and couldn't imagine it making a difference back then 😂)

4 new shocks and Boss Airbags in the rear to help when loaded down with gear. This thing drives like a big sports car now!

Fabbed some engine bay lights out of Amazon parts and got them installed. I have more planned for the upper hatch to illuminate the tailgate camp kitchen.

Y’all think the heat from the radiator will melt the plastic lenses?

Nah they’ll be okay. I’ve had a light under there for years.
That’s good! I just went for it and didn’t think about the heat issue at all. I’ve seen plenty of other people running this kind of thing so I didn’t even stop to give it any thought.

Had these stripes custom made last summer and applied them last weekend. This weekend I joined quite a few friends at the Lonstar Roundup in central TX. Was an awesome time

The old slow girl is 2000 miles into a work trip. I’m on site in FL so I stopped by Cruisermatts for a meet. I ended up adjusting my back brakes (really I watched), he welded up the crack in my arb bumper, and then I cleaned a bunch of bolts and gasket surfaces while he built and swapped diffs in his friends 80.

Good times and it’s awesome to have a great support network of friends all over. I appreciate y’all.

I hit 345,000 miles today. And likely 347,000 by the time I make it home (eventually).
