There on there, if you look close you can see the rust on them from rock damage.
Heading into Virginia today.
Oh the sliders are there! They blended in with the under truck shadow I guess. Im ordering sliders soon... im leaning heavily towards slee... and maybe the arb skids...

I went all RCI sliders and all 4 steal skids
And I have bent every thing now but the sliders
East coast momentum and rocks are tough on skids
I kinda wonder if the arb skids are any better than the factory ones with big trail rocks around here...

Made it back from my weekend drive

Safety stuff with the Wit's End Mount and a Drake qwik release. Seat is all the way back for my driving. Does not interfere with my entry and exit. Also had the wife (shortie) hop in and test it too. Good to go and right at my fingertips.

Built out a simple “drifta” type drawer system - although without the table and with an angled compartment behind the 2nd to seats. Faced the drawers with 50+ year old pine reclaimed from a bookshelf a relative built.

In the process I also made a basic Sketchup 3D model of the back of a 08 GX that I will try to put up on the Wiki when I get a chance for anyone that wants to play around. Mainly created it to figure out seat recline angle for the front compartment and to learn sketchup.

@Vlad - Are you invested in having the sketch up file on the wiki?

I'm scanning codes... Christmas tree light syndrome. Replaced the gas cap last time around successfully but I believe it's a little more this time. I'm getting Bank 2, sensor 2 (high voltage) and Bank 2, sensor 1 (sensor signal stuck lean). At face value this is saying replace O2 sensors but I wanted to get some feedback to make sure.
It's an 07 w/ 170K and according to the service records the sensors have never been replaced. I'm guessing I'm better off to replace all 4 while I'm at it but wanted some seasoned advice. Thanks

Replace them all of they have never been done.

Thanks. I’m going to do a thorough inspection of the exhaust in that area first to ensure that there isn’t a leak if it would ever stop raining. Secondly I’m going to replace the upstream sensor first specifically on the Bank 2 side and clear the codes to see if the downstream is giving me a false read. It’s just an experiment but there is a possibility that the downstream sensor is throwing a code due to the fuel/ air being bad.
I’m going to buy all 4 and plan on replacing them all but thought I’d give this a go to see how it pans out.

You may have to replace your O2 sensors, but I would try cleaning your MAF sensor with MAF cleaner first. A dirty MAF sensor can throw similar codes, and it's a much cheaper fix.

I detailed inside yesterday and washed. Did a F11 coat and cleaned glass this morning.

Taking the GX in today to PM the fuel system in the main tank. Sending unit, filter, pump, purge valve replacement in the stock tank. This will complete my PM cycle this year. Then I have a suspension tune to do and will be ready to roll for a while from a maintenance perspective. Adding a trans cooler, doing some suspension fun within a month as well.
