It dawned on me that after looking at that clogged heater valve I did not check the flow of the copper hose from it to the heater core.

Sure enough it was hard clogged. It took me a while to get this thing opened back open but I finally won

Found this and a kids eraser in the heater

Nolen can you tack weld that coin to the dash somewhere? That's what they call provenance, and in addition to the tilda bogue sticker on the windshield will add some serious bucks to the hammer price when my kids send this across barrett jackson in 40 years or so!

Great work. I hope the AC interior unit works..........because I hope mine works when I get around to working on the Troopy. Have to disagree on the chrome bezel though. That Troopy had chrome it's entire life.

Chrome or correct.
Just remember it’s a GCC FJ45 Troopy, not a US FJ40. Was never sold in Mississippi, Vermont, or anywhere else in the US for that matter.

Yep. Got rid of the chrome bumper too.

Not mine. Got two bezels.

That return line on the steering box is so long

Ben has both to choose from. Chrome or correct. I’ll let him decide.
I kept my original chrome bezel as well... but only ride with the Cygnus white one. The chrome one looks great on my wall but I can't see it on the front of my truck.
