I have an original controller on my Troopy with one adjustment knob missing. If you get desperate I can pull it and send it to you. I bought a new controller, compressor, clutch, and condenser from Ehab a couple of years ago.

The hardest parts to find were the original AC lines. Finally found them in Saudi. Smart move to just get them made.

What are you going to do for a dryer? Have the original one rebuilt?

I’m not sure. I need to check and see if the 60 series Denso one is the same as the 40. Compressor was.

Went and got a monster load of powdercoated stuff.

This truck came with no fan clutch. I am going to add one.

Here is how they stack up with this high offset plastic fan is worked out a few years ago on my FJ55 with @cruiseroutfit

Meshal included a Toyota water pump as well. Kinda cool.

Well s***. I've been wondering if I can do this to my 66 with the original 135. Are there any changes needed for the fan shroud due to the taller stack up?

Measure what you have. You need 9” from front of engine to the radiator.

You can redrill the radiator base mounts and get about 1”

Can't really tell what that is. Maybe a wiper control with different delay modes. Was that shipped from Yemen? If it was I bet customs was poking it with a 30M pole in a bomb box.

AC compressor and belt are both same as the FJ60 and the dryer looks the same too.
Once I drop the radiator in I’ll have this thing fully plumbed
