@Idaho Savage we are in the home stretch..

New 4L65E, Rebuilt transfer, locked and loaded with ARB air lockers and 4.88s and a Tough Dog 3" Heavy/Med lift with 9 stage adjustable shocks.

Custom long range tank is in CAD and I'll get started on that on Monday afternoon.

I have been grinning all day. Oh, the places I will go! I will say I should have gone with the FJ Cruiser wheels a la @DougRFJ62 . But I'm pretty sure I'll get over it!

When you are miles from civilization and 4WDing to most places people dream of, you will forget about the wheels. Great looking rig with a TT 80 series coil conversion!!! @TRAIL TAILOR The 70 series mirrors look damn good.

Thanks Tommy! I've pulled the reigns back several times over the years and I'm loosening them up a bit now. I'm still going to keep a firm grip on things but its time to show our true capabilities. I've intentionally stayed away from other cruiser shops offerings and services that were similar to our end goal, but it's time to roll on.

Funny everybody said we were idiots for moving to CA and honestly it's one of the best decisions we've ever made for Trail Tailor. Business has quadrupled since the move and I'm still only working 6-8 hours a day at the shop. So we are happy.

I know before we start the frame off 40 resto-mod (huge project) we are taking a few days off and just go camp up in Lassen or Trinity Alps for a bit while the higher elevations are still cool during the days.

We have a good strong queue going with 2 more 40s, 6- 60 conversions and a long line of 100 projects for TTC. Not to mention all the standard fabrication and machining services now.

Oh man I want one so bad. I'm beginning to wonder if one could be made to fit a 62 with slight modification. My plastic HVAC surround is SHOT, so it's either buy another old beat up used one, or wait until another batch of stock option 60 bezels is produced (or wait even longer for the possibility of a 62 bezel).

BTW any near future plans for front 60 series skid plates again?

We have the 62 bezel at the 3D scanner now. It won't be a quick release but will happen. I have an aluminum black powder one that is available. PM me if interested.

I'll hold out for the 62 one since that I know I wouldn't have to try to modify. Be so awesome to have a good HVAC bezel for once.....
 
J, I think you’d make a killing if you could figure out some quality mudflap that looked just like OEM. Just planting the seed.

Jason was able to get mine off to his anodizer before shipping mine off! Looks amazing and will match my air vents perfectly! More pics once I receive and install
