Custom 30 gallon replacement tank for @Idaho Savage . I'll finish welding this up in the morning and get a 24 hours water test started.

Top pull, lower drain , dual baffled and vented.

Another tank option for the LS3 swaps with rear coil conversions.

Is this likely to be available only to the build side of the house or are you considering shipping? Especially interested if paired with an accurate fuel gauge sensor that plays nice with SpeedHut gauges.

We can discuss on the PM side... I have a proper floatless sender that is in the SpeedHut ( @FJ60Cam ) gauge range that I have used one a few tanks now with excellent results.

Me three !
Just took delivery of some Trail Tailor goodies - backing plates for speedhut gauges, chassis tow points and replacement apron items. Top stuff. Thanks Jason.

Roof rack test. My photographer was up there with me to watch rafters go through Rocky Rapid on the Colorado River. I see no problems with a 200+ Lb guy climbing up there to rig cargo. Rack is stronger than the drip rails supporting it. Also.. great view from up there.

That one off rack is probably one of the strongest I ever made. Plus it looks great on a 60! Thanks buddy!

It really puts the "utility" in these rigs. Ladders, SUP's, firewood, or even a bag of ice on a quick trip to the corner store. One of the best upgrades, thanks Jason.

put me on your list for a 62 bezel right now!! i’m all in for one of those!!

so siked that you are looking at making one for us 4 eyes

I guess you guys need some (well maybe a LOT) love too

Tank is good to continue on... Looks like this will become a common build item for us. Have two more to build and then talking to a customer now on a custom tank to get as much capacity while keeping the spare tire.

YES! That tank looks awesome. Looking forward to see that high capacity w/spare tire option

Ohhhh, that is a badass option if able to retain the spare under.

By rough measures I'm seeing we can make a 26-27 gallon tank and keep the spare where it is right now. Hoping to get closer to 30.

With every 1" of drop of the spare (will be an secondary option) gain 4-5 gallons of capacity.

Well now

Well now I need a 60 coil conversion, a bezel and a bigger tank that keeps the spare!

what do you line your fuel tanks with? any type of coating?
