After thought ...
On the chance that there is interest, here are 2 shots once the 52D was sighted in.

I have these Sig P320 21 and 17 round mags, and a Carry frame. Anyone interested let me know, $100 for the lot and would make a great stocking stuffer.

Any advice from you all on how to unload some AR stuff since I live in a state where I can no longer buy any of it? Shooting has taken a back seat to the back seat among my hobbies, I'll keep my Garand and my pistols, but all AR stuff will go. I have some 80% stuff too. I've thought about a quick drive over to Idaho and see if a shop will consign it, but I'm open to other suggestions. I have zero interest in starting an account/thread on armslist.

First guess would be to research (FOR A FRIEND, naturally) how you can legally divest yourself from the forbidden fruit you have.

you may want to carry any receipts as far as the date of purchase with you if travelling, especially coming back into WA - - armlist sux for ARs imho

It's such an odd issue. I can and do legally own the stuff, I simply can no longer walk into a Washington shop and buy/sell any of it. The regulations are typically complicated and poorly written, so I'm sure some type of "right to maintain" thing would be ok as-in a simple field kit of pins and detents hanging on the shelf but due to the complicated nature of everything all the Wa shops have said they'd rather not risk an issue (and their FFL) buy trying to navigate the wavy road of what would be allowed vs not.

Leaving that area for a blue state has been a really good choice for me and my family.
I was born and raised in Oregon and lived there for 63 yrs, except for the yrs that I lived in SW Washington. I had to get out. I don’t know how anyone capable of thinking critically can continue living in either state. The dipsh*ts in charge have turned them from some of the greatest places to live, work, and raise a family into hell holes.

In '81 when I was interning with Boeing, I had the pleasure of living in Seattle. It was an exceptional area. Since I was a there for an internship, my stay was time and money limited. I was lucky and rented a room from a family. Two of their boys were in high school at the time. I was shocked at how the schools were weaponizing them with insane propaganda and calling it an enlightened education. I pointed out to these boys the lies that their teachers were filling their heads with, and they should read/understand history for themselves rather than hang on these teachers were passing off. But they were wide eyed kids that believed these teachers ... not some young enginerd.
Jumping forward ... The train wreck was obviously coming and now these brainwashed soles are the leaders there. And they are not done yet ... there are more cars to derail.

Congratulations on 63 good years in our Pacific northwest.

Check out Yuri Bezmenov on YT. Your pick on how long you want to watch, but you can get the gist on the short vid.

Does anybody have any experience with Gideon Optics? I saw a YouTube video of the owner talking to Ian from Forgotten Weapons and liked his frankness. Considering their Omega for my first red (but green) dot because of that. Going on a Ruger 22/45.

No experience here… I just ordered an optic for my Bodyguard 2.0; Viridian and Gideon both just came out with ones that fit that model. I watched videos on both and went with the Viridian but honestly could have chosen either. Report back if you get one, would love to hear some feedback.

Anyone have any experience with this model. Thinkng about picking it up later in the year.

I don’t have any experience with that particular model. I have an X5 Legion and a couple of Carry models. I don’t carry them anymore since my son was his PD’s firearms instructor and Sig sent out a change in their manual of arms that said not to carry 320s with a round chambered. My range (Staccato Ranch in Florence,TX) doesn’t allow people to shoot 320s, and neither do any of the ranges where matches are being hosted. It sucks because my P320s are some of my favorite handguns, but until the controversy surrounding the unintended discharges can be definitively resolved, they sit in the safe.

I too am sure the 320’s are having AD’s often enough to not jump on it.

I am putting the stainless steel 357 mag and 44 mag on the market with a reduced price. I am also wondering if any works with kit guns? Pictures of a 50 year old kit, black powder from Ted Fellows, out of Washington. I also have a Dixie gunworks flint.
The mags come with some ammo.
