No idea what happened last night since I have no real way to watch or listen to games even internet radio wasnt loading Sun or Mon night. But that score is just awful. Thats the biggest game of the year you have to use every pitcher you've got and can't let yourself get down early. Guess I will cheer for UNC to rep the ACC now.

Me too. That would be a great game. Though I think the Cocks have the upper edge. Glad to see us in the dance.

Last nights game was great. Started out a little scarry but the Cocks came through.
 
Man I watched some good ball tonight! Still a good chance for some USC, UNC match ups. Im thinking about taking my son down to georgia to see some Ty Cobb kinda stuff. Any good trails down that way?
 
Here we go!

For ALL the marbles now. 2 out 3. Gators took 2 of 3 last year in Columbia.
Cocks took 2 of 3 at Florida this year.
Nice to have the new consecutive wins in the tourney record. 14 in a row.
I'd like to see that extended by at least 1. ;)
Should be a real nail biter series. Should go 3 games.
In any event the "local boys" all acquitted themselves well this post season.
Those teams will all be back next year too. Ya gotta love southern fried baseball.

I think the Thunder chickens are gonna have to pull it off in two games. Florida has some mad pitching. If it goes to three games I think the gamecocks might run out of pitchers. Either way ill be on the edge of my seat!!!

Indeed - that was impressive. I watch Georgia Tech have a great season every year, only to choke in the regionals and never make it to the big games. You Cocks should feel fortunate at what's been accomplished in back-to-back years.

As I die hard GT baseball fan, I too am imensly jealous. I can't barely remember 94' when Garciaparra, Varitek and Payton gave us a chance in the CWS...and we still couldn't win the big one. Congrats Cocks and enjoy it for us little guys.
