BUT…From what I’ve read, this Kia situation is just plain dumb & unbelievably poor judgement. Rental car, not what we would call a built 4WD, going the wrong way in the ‘one way section’, etc. Now his plain stupidity is putting a burden on those that want to actually use the trail.

We are back for the annual Halloween event weekend they offer here at the KOA. Amazing fall colors, rain storms and cool weather. We dressed up the cabin with Halloween decorations.

I hope that the event leaders don’t mind that I borrowed two pictures for a video. I’m happy to cut those pieces out if needed. Thanks to Shervin, Matt Hill and Matt Viehe for the video clips! I have more footage and I may make other videos.

This one captures @Ditcherman, @Tank5, @DrRock, and @Land Shark. There are a few pictures of folks but I am afraid to admit that I don’t remember all of their Mud handles so please help me tag them. @Broski, @matzell, @devo

What a fun trip and I am looking forward to next year.

@smiledochill (formerly known as Matt too, but now Matt four as I was informed by @sogncab and @fjdiesel (the actual Matt two) at the Tornado Alley Cruisers event at SMORR that I am Matt 3. At least) check out some of your footage, good camera work.

You need to acquire a satellite by pointing your phone in a specific direction. Used it this summer up there to great effect.

Thats how Chris's Macphone did it.


Must've been some chunky snow. Some of the snow I've seen videos of guys wheeling at elevation, it's been almost weightless.
