Howdy! I don't think you need to sweat the problems with the rain gutters. I have had my rack on the roof for about 20 years, and no problems yet, unless you count all the kindling I gather from the low tree branches!! Of course, My rack is mounted onto a piece of 1/2" square tube that runs full length, instead of being clamped on.looks awesome, question for you, are you worried about the roof rack messing up the rain gutters? I have a similar rack and am wondering if I am going to run it or not as I have heard it can bend up the rockers and crack the metal, etc, over time......
