I am looking for a pair of the rear tire carrier mount castle nuts for my 65 FJ40. Thanks for any help/leads!

I believe that the spare tire carrier castle nuts are NLA. I was able to procure a nice NOS pair from SOR.

I didn't think that the thick washers are still available. Part number 90201-16026 shows NLA. Is there an alternate?

It is interesting. There was a slight stylistic change. I'm not sure when the change happened. Nor am I sure if the thread pattern remained the same. Ignore the rocker cover nuts.

I think I found some castle nuts that will fit the bill. Look almost identical. I'll report back once I get them and confirm.
